Dr. Dottie Morris, Associate Vice President for Institutional Diversity and Equity at Keene State College was our speaker this week.She discussed the importance of Martin Luther King Day and some of her experiences dealing with diversity on the campus. Her approach stresses collaboration and discussion. She was a terrific speaker and a lively question and answer period followed.

Owen Houghton introduces Dr. Peggie Ueda, Chair of the Jaffrey Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee. She discussed the upcoming event sponsored by the Jaffrey Civic Center to honor Martin Luther King. The January 15, 2018 ceremony will be the fourth annual for our community which enjoys a standing room intergenerational audience.
