Jaffrey/Rindge Rotary Day at the Big E

Friday, Sept 19, 2014 is New Hampshire Day at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Mass

We will carpool from the Mobil Station at the Intersection of Route 119 and Route 12 in Fitzwilliam, leaving at 7:30 am and drive Route 119 to Winchester, NH and then out to Route 91 and South to Exit 13 B to Route 5 and follow signs to Big E and parking lot #9.   It’s a 90 minute drive.  $10. Cash per car for parking.

Discounted tickets are $12.00 per person and if you intend to go, bring a check made out to Don Upton at this Thursday, August 28 meeting or mail asap to Don Upton, 1024 Mountain Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452.

I will purchase tickets on September 8 in order to have before we leave.

I will have advance reserved seats for our group at the 4:00 pm Circus Performance and am working on reserving a place to have dinner together for our group and the possibility of viewing the 5:30 parade from the roof of the Brooks Building (administration building).

I will pass out your tickets and answer questions about the trip after our Rotary meeting on Thursday, Sept 18. or you can email me with any questions or concerns.
