Hello fellow Rotarians,

This week we have J. B. Mack from the SW Regional Planning Commission telling us what they are doing in our area.  Believe it or not, this is our last regular meeting of my term.  It has been a great experience for me as I got to know our club better and what you all do to make it work.

Next week we have a club assembly and will hear about the satisfaction survey on how we can make the club better for our members, I will go over what we accomplished this year, and I want to share with you some of the key take-aways from this year’s district meeting.

The week after, there will be no regular meeting because we will have our gavel night that evening.  The Russells have agreed to host the event again this year.

Don Upton has bought 30 tickets for the Peterborough Players performance on August 10.  He is selling them at the discounted group price of $30/seat on a first come, first serve basis, so pay Don at this week’s meeting to reserve your seat.

I mentioned at last week’s meeting that there is an opportunity to attend the July Nascar Race at the NH International Speedway for free and to help us in getting another grant for Quest all at the same time. This is the biggest event held in the state every year.  We would like to support by getting people to volunteer to help the Speedway Children’s Charity at the event on July 16th.  Anyone interested should contact Dave Tower or me.

Yours in service,
Rotarian Banghart
