                                                   Brief Description of Student’s Accomplishments:

  1.       Conscientious, service before self, compassionate, empathic leader, and scholarly are several of a long list of positive attributes that describe Sharlene Seppala.  Sharlene has been the leader of the class of 2015. She has been the class president all four years, has been persistent in ensuring class projects get done, and tenacious in ensuring all students are involved in activities. As one teacher stated, “Her strength lies in her ability to get people involved. She thinks of ways to bring people together and building community”. As well as being the class president, Sharlene is a National Honor Society student and a volunteer at “Be Blessed” in Rindge and at the Keene soup kitchen.  Sharlene is clear in her career path choosing to continue to serve others as a nurse and will begin that phase of her life next year at Mt. Wachusett.
