Those who came to the Rotary social at Cooper’s Hill Public House this past Thursday had a good time – Owen, Travis, Gail, Diane (my wife) and I enjoyed meeting other Rotarians, eating great food, and enjoying good libations.
I have two red coolers in my possession from the Fireworks Festival water sales and a few cases of water still remaining. Those who belong to the coolers will be able to retrieve the coolers after Thursday's breakfast meeting.
Lastly, keep our Florida and Texas Rotarians and their families in your thoughts and prayers. Both states and nearby states that are still in the path of Hurricane Irma are getting a real pounding. Two other hurricanes dot the waterscape, but it is too early to tell their direction. Let’s hope they go out to sea… and stay there!
