September 20 message from the President

Hello fellow Rotarians,

 

This is a good time to be putting together programs and packages that we can use at the Raffle Party, our biggest fundraiser of the year. Don Upton and Bill Raymond have some good ideas that they will share at this week’s meeting and as you listen to them, see if you can come up with comparable offerings.

 

Signups for the Scarecrow hay pit was light at last week’s meeting so check your availability for a two-and-a-half-hour stint on October 8^th watching the kids put together their scarecrows.

 

This week we will hear the Bio’s of our newest member Misty Start and past President Mike Shea.  We are going to have to go a little deeper into Misty’s background than we did on our last Bio (Jo Manning) because she only has about a fourth of the timeline that Andy had to work with on Jo’s.  I am looking forward to both.
