Weekly Update 10/13
The weather looked pretty gloomy on Saturday morning October 11 and not the kind of day conducive for building “Scarecrows”. Many thanks to the hearty souls of our club that helped with the event, especially Bob Schaumann. Bob manned the Rotary Membership Tent and feels that he may have acquired some good candidates to join Rotary.
Friendly reminder that there is NO Rotary meeting this Thursday October 16.
Roadside clean-up starts at 8 am on Saturday morning October 18. We will meet at the West Rindge Builders Parking lot on Rt. 202 at the Jaffrey/Rindge Town Line. Over a dozen club members have signed-up for this project and I anticipate it will only take us about an hour to complete.
The Board of Directors meets Tuesday morning October 21 at 7:30 am, the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce Office.
October 23 is the “Club Assembly” meeting at FPU, 7:15 am. We will present the “Student of the Month” at this meeting.

We are at a critical point now for the “Reverse Raffle” and we really need all hands on deck to make our largest fund raiser a success. The R/R Raffle committee has worked hard and made huge strides in the last 10 days to make this event come together. We could still use more door prize gifts and another BIG Ticket Auction item. Make sure you sell your tickets.
