The Board of Directors has approved the Applications for Membership for Alan Bartunek and Greg Walsh, and their induction is scheduled for Thursday morning. Please make every effort to attend this meeting to show support our two new fellow Rotarians.
Our meeting October 17th is at Franklin Pierce University at 7:15am. Kathleene Card has the invocation. We have a busy agenda with the induction, a Student of the Month presentation, and our speaker, Jamie Trowbridge, CEO of Yankee Magazine. Jamie will be talking to us about Yankee Magazine’s transition from family to employee ownership.
Thank you to all the Rotarians that assisted with the roadside cleanup and Scarecrows on the Common on Saturday. Our next weekend event is the club social tailgate at Franklin Pierce University on Saturday, October 19th. The Ravens take on Saint Anselm, and it promises to be a good game. Andy Harris will send out separate correspondence with details for the event.
17 days remain to sell the raffle party tickets. Please keep Stephanie apprised of your progress with donated items.
Finally, District Governor Nancy Russell has confirmed a visit with us at our December 12th evening meeting. The calendar will be updated to reflect this change.
