How the Elm City Rotary Club is so successful in recruiting members

Glenn Galloway and Patty Farmer are both long time members of Keene’s Elm City Rotary Club. That club is a very vibrant Rotary Club that has capped their membership at 70 and, typically, they have a waiting list of future members looking to join.  They will enlighten us all on what they have done to be so successful in recruiting members and why their club appears to be so vibrant and well run.
