2/8 Message from our President

Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is comfortable on this snowy day.
We have a MAJOR event coming up on Feb. 18th. We are doing the Community Supper at the Mildred Cutter Hall of the united Church. We thought it was going to be next month but it has changed. This event will need a lot of participation. We need 12 9"x13" lasagnas. I am hoping we can get people to volunteer to make them. We already have 2 people willing to make 2 each so we need 8 volunteers to each make one. They can be made at home and brought to the hall to be heated. We will also have salad and garlic bread. We need lots of help for setting up the dining room, preparing the food,serving and clean up. I am hoping to have some Interacters there to help. We need to start at 3:00 PM for set up and food prep and others can come later for serving and clean up.
I will have sign up sheets at this Thursday's meeting. I hope everyone will try to be there.
There is no meeting on the 18th because of Presidents' Day so we really need to get this arranged.
