This year's Jaffrey Town Meeting Report honored Bill for his civic participation with his picture on the inside front cover. At Town Meeting on Saturday, Moderator Mark Tieger noticed Bill as a fashion plate, and he chided Bill and asked him if he would consider leaving his pants some day to the Historical Society.
