December 6th message from the President

Hello fellow Rotarians,

 

This week’s meeting will feature Bill Raymond as meeting chair.  Our speaker is Roy Baldwin, Director of the Monadnock Bible Conference.  He will speak on several collaborative projects they have, some here in Jaffrey-Rindge, and one in Haiti.  I am on another charity board with Roy and have always been impressed with his willingness to serve others.  His attitude lines up with what Rotary is all about.  I am sorry I will miss this meeting.

 

There has been some confusion about next week’s meeting because it had been on our calendar to be at FPU but was moved to Woodbound just a few weeks ago, and corrected on our website just last week.  So be advised that meetings for 12/15 and 12/22 will be at Woodbound, as will our first meeting in January.

 

Ironically, as we moved the meeting from FPU, we are hoping to have Dr. Kim Mooney, FPU’s new President, as our speaker next week, pending her availability.
