Venu Rao, our District Governor, is a member of the Hollis-Brookline Rotary Club. With 68 Rotary Clubs in his District, being a District Governor is literally a full-time job. We were honored to host Venu at our most recent Breakfast Meeting, during which Venu spoke of the considerable impact Rotary international is making throughout the world. Venu encouraged us to continue forward with our efforts to work with the Leon Rotary Club in Nicaragua, and he emphasized how the matching grant programs at both the District and Rotary Foundation level can result in 3.5X the monies raised by our Club.
