Feb 14th message from the President

Hello fellow Rotarians,

 

Happy Valentine’s day to you all.  Despite the holiday this week, we do have a meeting.

 

By all accounts Peter Davis did great in my absence, he got the meeting cancelled without any fanfare.  There are rumors that Bernie Hampsey might have played a part in this after the Patriots win earlier in the week.  Bill Raymond is working to get last week’s speaker, Val Zanchuck back in March to tell us about Graphicast and his thoughts on the NH workforce.

 

Our speaker this week is Len Sandler, a professor at BU’s School of management who has led nearly 3,000 leadership seminars for many Fortune 500 companies.  He will talk about his 7^th book, this one about a fascinating WW2 couple captured by the Germans and lived to tell their story.  You can get a copy of the book signed by him at the meeting if you are so inclined. 

 

Next week is a club assembly.
