Hi Fellow Rotarians,

Welcome to our New Year!

We meet at Woodbound Inn on Thursday, January 11th.  Bernie Hampsey has the Invocation.

My thanks to Jon Frederick, our Vice President, for covering for me at our December meeting while I was over in England.  I understand that the Conant High School Chorus did a fine job of entertaining our Rotary Club with a medley of seasonal songs.

We are fortunate to host Dr. Dottie Morris, Associate Vice President for Institutional Diversity and Equity at Keene State College, who will be with us as our Keynote Speaker.  A member of the Keene State College President’s Cabinet, her main foci are providing support and direction to the Executive, Academic, Student Affairs, Advancement and Finance and Planning divisions of the college as the institution works to fulfill its commitment to diversity and multiculturalism.  With Dr. Martin Luther King Day's observance next Monday, Dr. Morris' presentation is timely.

We will return to Franklin Pierce University on January 25th.

Enjoy the upcoming "heat wave" that begins the day of our meeting - temps in the upper 40's to near 50.  Ahhhhhh!!!!

Yours in Service,

bob
