Happy Tuesday, fellow Rotarians,
I hope you are enjoying the return to the summer weather we are enjoying after an "interesting" July. My wife and I enjoyed a movie at the Park Theatre on Saturday evening, and we will be back.
This week, we meet Thursday, August 12th, at 7:45am, at the Woodbound Inn. The meeting will kick off promptly at 8:00am with breakfast; we have a fairly full agenda with guest speaker, Cynthia McGuire, the CEO of Monadnock Community Hospital. We will also be recognizing our 2021 Rotary Scholarship Recipient, and we will be providing updates from the Board of Directors' meeting being held this Wednesday.
Please remember that a Celebration of Life for Bill Driscoll will occur on Thursday afternoon, at 2:00pm, at the Meetinghouse in Jaffrey Center. Bill was a long-time Rotarian, and sadly missed.
