Hi Fellow Rotarians,
We meet at WOODBOUND Inn on Thursday, December 13th, for our Breakfast Meeting at 7:15am. President-elect Jon Frederick will preside. Peter Davis has the Invocation.
Our guest speaker is Esther Rhodes, Grand Monadnock Youth Choir. As is the holiday season, holiday music is in the air. On December 20th, also at WOODBOUND Inn, the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will host the Conant High School Chorus, directed by Choral Director Karie Swift. This is an annual event that ends our last meeting for the calendar year, and we look forward once again to the fine singing of these Conant students.
It was good to hear District Governor Venu Rao at our most recent meeting -- many positive comments were directed my way by Rotarians who found our DG's comments both enjoyable and positive.
Thanks to Gail Therriault and the Charitable Giving Committee, both the Jaffrey Santa's House and the Rindge Operation Santa chairpersons received a donation at our most recent meeting. This will surely help to make some kids' Christmas bright!
