Happy Tuesday, Fellow Rotarians,
I think we all probably enjoyed yesterday’s sun and spring-like weather. We still have the remainder of February and all of March, however; April doesn't mean we are out of the woods when it comes to the white stuff, either!
The Conant High School girls basketball team continued its undefeated season by winning their playoff game; they play again on Wednesday evening at 7:30pm at Bedford High School, and if they win again, they will play for the State Championship on Sunday at 1:00pm at Keene State College.
As we celebrate the President’s Day Holiday, the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will not be meeting this week.
Below is a list of upcoming meetings/events:
- Thursday, March 3rd -- Breakfast Meeting at 7:15am at FPU; guest speaker TBD
- Wednesday, March 9th -- Board of Directors meeting at the Cathedral of the Pines, 8:00am
- Thursday, March 10th -- Breakfast meeting at 7:15am at FPU; guest speaker, the Right Reverend Mark Beckwith.
- Thursday, March 17th (St. Patrick’s Day) -- Cub social at David Jeffries house; details to follow on time, etc., but this will be an evening event.
