Hi Fellow Rotarians,
First of all, thank you for the emails in support of the fine presentation given by Dr. Dottie Morris, our Keynote Speaker at last Thursday's Breakfast meeting.
Monday evening, I was privileged to listen to David C. Howse, a recognized commentator on the arts and social change and TEDx Boston, speak on ‚ÄúNavigating Race with Truth and Dignity" as part of the Dr. Martin Luther King service at the United Church in Jaffrey that was sponsored by the Jaffrey Civic Center. Our Owen Houghton was the emcee.  The presenter was excellent, the kids' choruses sang well, and the program was nicely orchestrated -- nice to see some Rotarians there, too!
There is no meeting this week as we honor and reflect on the efforts of Dr. King.  Our next meeting will see us returning to Franklin Pierce University on January 25th for our Club Assembly.
Our treasurer, Bill Raymond, has sent dues announcements to all Rotarians.  Thanks, in advance, for your prompt submission!
Yours in Service,
