Hi Fellow Rotarians,
The 2017-2018 Rotary year comes to a close at the end of June. As is the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club's custom, we will celebrate Gavel Night on Thursday, June 28th, at Peter and Jinnie Russell's home, 4 Gilsun Road, Jaffrey, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. All Rotarians and spouses/significant others are invited. Please bring a dish or desert. Woodbound Inn will provide hot hors d'oeuvres (I think I have finally learned to spell this correctly!) as they did last year to complement the delicious goodies that Rotarians bring.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the rain and weather on Thursday, we have decided to move Gavel Night to the Jaffrey Civic Center, 40 Main Street, in Jaffrey, 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Go to the second floor. Email was sent to all members on Wednesday evening to advise them of this change. Other than the location, everything is still the same.
There is no Breakfast meeting the morning of June 28th. Gavel Night will be our "meeting."
Governor Sununu's office has firmed up his schedule for BEST on July 26th. Speaking of BEST, please, please, work with Jim Banghart for the purposes of scheduling your availability. Many hands make work light...
