Hi Fellow Rotarians,
We meet at the Shattuck for our Thursday, March 14th, meeting, at 5:30pm. This will be an evening meeting and our March Club Assembly. Donna Senechal has the Invocation.
This will be an important meeting, one during which Ben Wheeler, chair of the Blue Ribbon Committee (BRC), will share the recommendations that the BRC is proposing. The BRC is particularly interested in listening to the feedback from our Club Rotarians that follows the Committee's recommendations.
The BRC has met several times since its first meeting in early January -- the five sub-committees that are made up of BRC members have also met several times, with some having met as many as six times. Thus, a lot of time has been invested. Come and learn what has transpired and be part of the feedback process!
Don't look now, but this year's Town of Jaffrey Annual Report is dedicated to our own Bill Driscoll. With the old Jaffrey fire truck on the front cover and a young Bill Driscoll ("90 is the new 70!") on the inside cover, it's a nice honor bestowed on one of our favorite Rotarians.
President-elect Jon Frederick returned from the PETS that took place over three days last week -- he'll give us an update.
Plenty of hot hors d'oeuvres Thursday evening at the Shattuck -- see you there!
