Hello Fellow Rotarians,
I hope everyone is well. As a reminder that because of the Veteran’s Day holiday, there will be no weekly breakfast meeting this upcoming Thursday, November 11th.
Please take some time on this day to give thanks for all of our Veterans that have served our Country and provided us with a great quality of life, as well as personal and professional choices. Many of our Rotarians are veterans, and we have all five services represented within the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club (Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force, Army, and Marines).
Our upcoming schedule is as follows:
- Monthly BOD meeting on 11/10/21 @ 8am at the Cathedral of the Pines.
- District 7870 Annual Conference in Meredith NH on 11/13 and 11/14.
- Conant High School Interact Induction service on 11/16 @ 6:30pm at the Cathedral of the Pines.
- The Club’s Annual Fundraising/Raffle Event on 11/18 @ 5:30pm at the Cathedral of the Pines (BYOB).
Please be sure to sell all of the Raffle tickets you have been given; we have good momentum going on this, but we need to make sure we move all 2,000 of these! So far so good, and lets finish strong!
Jon Frederick indicates that the Thursday evening social on November 18th at the Catherdral of the Pines will be a BYOB event, and will include an appetizer contest. Get those recipes of your favorite appetizer out.... and let's see who shall be our winner, complete with "bragging rights."
