Dear Rotarians,
This Thursday, October 24th, the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will meet at Franklin Pierce University at 7:15am. We will enjoy coffee and breakfast together.
In this meeting, we will have two major events. First, Interact students from Conant High School are planning to attend to promote a fundraiser for Purple Pinky Day, an initiative our club always supports. They will discuss their activities for the year and answer any questions we may have.
This presents a great opportunity for us to learn more about their projects and explore ways to collaborate and support them, as we have successfully worked together on various events in the past. For example, we have participated in multiple community service projects and international initiatives, including a trip to the Dominican Republic.
Second, we then focus our meeting on finalizing details for our upcoming fundraising event on October 26th. It will serve as preparation and a progress report of our "Raffle Party" event of October 26th at WoodbBound Inn. Please come prepared to share any updates or reports on ticket sales and sponsorships with the team. We will also present a draft of the overall program format, which we will finalize based on your suggestions. Your presence would be greatly appreciated.
Last week, we had the pleasure of meeting many of our members during a special meeting to discuss the Raffle Party. Although this was a quick decision for this special meeting, and our calendar was marked for "no meeting" due to the Columbus Day holiday, the gathering was successful and informative with nearly 20 Rotarians attending. Your dedication was inspiring, and we are proud of your contributions.
We always appreciate the enthusiasm and effort you bring to our club. Your continued participation and insights are the foundation of our vibrant group. Each of you makes a tremendous impact, and I am truly grateful for your dedication. Your commitment to our club's success is incredible, and we look forward to your ongoing support and involvement.
Yours in Service,
Rudra
