Dear Rotarians,
This week, the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will meet at Franklin Pierce University on Thursday, September 26th, at 7:15am.
We are excited to host our roundtable discussion on "Enhancing Member Engagement and Retention." This is a significant moment for us to review the Club's engagement levels and key challenges, improve members' involvement in all events, retain best practices, and introduce new initiatives and meeting times. We are confident that - together - we'll create an actionable plan to ensure the growth and strength of our Club.
Last week, we had the privilege of having Dr. Fred Rogers, a professor and expert in geology and the inner history of our planet, as our guest speaker. His presentation was enlightening and shed light on the history of our beautiful planet millions of years ago and the perspective of the formation of rocks and landscapes. We sincerely thank Dr. Rogers for his invaluable time and insights.

Our upcoming Raffle Party is generating significant momentum. I am very proud to know of good thinking and conversations about selling the tickets, for example, Rotarian Peter Russell's conversation with Rotarians Mike Shea and Sam LaFortune about selling the Rotary Raffle tickets in front of Belletetes and reach out to different places and people. We are confident that this Raffle event will help us reach out to the community and, more importantly, help to make people happy! The energy and enthusiasm are noticeable as we work together to ensure this event's success.
Your presence, participation, and insightful suggestions make our Rotary Club vibrant and prosperous. We greatly appreciate your important role in its continued success. Whether large or small, every contribution is valuable, and we are sincerely grateful for your dedication to our shared mission.
Yours in Service,
Rudra
