Hi Fellow Rotarians,
The Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will meet on Thursday, May 23rd, at 7:15am, at the Cathedral of the Pines for our Club Assembly.
Conant High School baseball coach Aric LeClair and the Conant baseball team will be at our meeting to make a brief presentation about their recent trip to Cooperstown and to receive a Rotary Club donation that will help to defray their expenses.
Kudos to the Rotary Golf Event team of Russ Gaskamp, Andy Lawn, Mike Shea, and Jon Frederick, who put together a fun-filled social event on Wednesday of last week at the Shattuck. The rains held off, all had fun, a good meal was enjoyed, and Benny and the Blind Squirrels - once again - took top honors with their duffing skills on the greens.
We will utilize our monthly Club Assembly to make plans for our October fund raiser.
I will make sure we have coffee and "donuts." Pancakes for the first meeting in June - more to follow!
