Hi Fellow Rotarians,
Our next meeting of the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will be on Thursday, October 26th, at 7:15am, at Franklin Pierce University.
Our speaker for this week will be Amber Dewey, who is going to give a presentation on bees and the need to preserve habitat for them.
As a follow up to our last meeting, John McCarthy and I have reached out to past Rotary Presidents and several Rotarians, and asked them to meet with us this week to evaluate our club members expectations, needs, and wants specific to their Rotary experience.
Many clubs and social organizations are grappling with diminishing membership and are questioning how to best bring new excitement and interest into their groups to promote retention and new membership.
The desired outcome for these meetings is to evaluate how we can accomplish this within our club.
The information obtained from of these meetings will be documented and shared with the entire club for further discussion and deliberation.
Yours in Service,
Bill/John
