Hi Fellow Rotarians,

Our next meeting of the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will be on Thursday, October 5th, at 7:15am, at Franklin Pierce University. John and I are meeting prior to Thursday's weekly meeting to discuss the current list of potential club projects and determine how to best translate this list into desirable, viable 2023 projects.

Our Thursday meeting this week finds Vache Hambardzumyan, MD, PhD, FEBS, joining us as our guest speaker. He is an orthopedic surgeon at Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH), and he will give a short presentation about the world of orthopedic and spinal surgery. He will be accompanied by Lee Ann Moore Clark, the Philanthropy and Community Relations Manager at MCH.

With Halloween upcoming, we have several Rotarians who volunteered to help with the "Scarecrow on the Commons" on the front lawn of the Jaffrey Clay Library on Saturday morning, October 7th, from 10am to Noon; we need three afternoon Rotarian volunteers for the Noon to 2pm shift, so please let us know who you are on Thursday.

Please note the enhance current list of proposed Rotary Project for the current Rotary 2023/2024 year.

Yours in Service,

Bill/John
