Cindee McQuire Talks about the affiliation between MCH and CMC

Cindee McQuire was out speaker on June 16th,  explained the affiliation of the Monadnock Community Hospital that we all love and use with the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. The move was initiatiated by MCH and was offered to many potenial affiliates. After down selection and due diligence MCH selected to be affiliated with CMC.  CMC, MCH and another affiliate, Huggins in Wolfboro, have become part of what is now Granite Health.  All are independent but affiliated.  This affiliation is part of the trend across the county to form larger groups to better profice the health care delivery system and comply with Medicare requirements and The Affordable Health Care Act.  MCH remains independent, maintain the own capital and endowment accounts and have autonomous control over their future but benefit by the services and affilitiation with CMC.
