Hi Fellow Rotarians,
To use the often-heard phrase, "Out of an abundance of caution," the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will continue to hunker down and not meet this week. I am pleased that those Rotarians who tested positive for COVID after the Raffle Party are doing well.
To use the often-heard phrase, "Out of an abundance of caution," the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will continue to hunker down and not meet this week. I am pleased that those Rotarians who tested positive for COVID after the Raffle Party are doing well.
We will, however, meet on December 16th, via ZOOM. Our guess speaker will be Heather McKernan, publisher of the Ledger-Transcript, who will share the challenges of being a small town newspaper in a digital age.
The BoD will meet on Wednesday, December 8th, at 8:00am, via ZOOM.
Bob Schaumann received the latest request for volunteers from the NH Food Bank; they indicated that the Rindge location (Hannaford's) is not scheduled to be a distribution site through to the end of March. Should the Rindge location be scheduled in the Spring, Bob will let us know.
