Hi Fellow Rotarians,

We meet Thursday at Franklin Pierce University for our Breakfast Meeting.  Sam LaFortune has the Invocation.

Juan Lorca, our Exchange Student from Chile, will be our guest speaker.  We look forward to learning about Juan's experience as a junior at Conant High School, as well as his travels throughout the United States.

The following week (May 10th) will be our last breakfast meeting for awhile at Franklin Pierce University.  We will host the Interact Club from Conant, which always promises to be informative.

Gail Therriault is working with the Monadnock Bible Conference to iron out details.  We will be making a presentation to them.  The current plan is to meet there for our breakfast meeting, but - as of this writing - the date is not yet clear.  In the meantime, our meetings in May and June will be at the Shattuck, beginning May 17th.

Nice job by Travis Kumph this past week at Club Assembly as he shared the proposal with specific deliverables as the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club, joine by other local Rotary Clubs, works with the Leon Rotary in Nicaragua.  Good questions and supportive comments from those in attendance.  Saturday, May 5th, finds Randy Morse, John McCarthy, and yours truly headed to Guilford for the Rotary Matching Grants workshop.

Jon Frederick, our Vice President, will be taking over the lectern in my absence.  Jon, thank you!

Yours in Service,

bob
